Tilisi has appointed Ragot Limited as the main contractor for the next Tilisi infrastructure project. This project entails road works, sewer connections, water supply, power/ICT reticulation, and stormwater management. The project will also deliver the Tilisi northern gatehouse entrance linking Tilisi to Limuru road and enhance accessibility to Tilisi and the northern residential developments like Tilisi Woods, Tilisi Views, Maisha Mema, and The Mist by Chigwell.

Yi-Fu Limited’s godown efficiency
Yi-Fu Limited, a construction company, is set to launch its operations at Tilisi Logistics Park by the end of April 2024. The development of a multifunctional godown facility enhances their construction business through efficient on-site storage solutions while renting out spaces to a mattress trader. This approach underscores the versatility of Tilisi’s business environment, serving as a model for prospective developers considering investments in the park.

Cluster 4 construction progress
The Lenana Cluster will feature 25 lavish 4-bedroom homes, each sitting on approximately a quarter-acre plot with two different designs to choose from – the Q2 or Q3 Villa. The villas are quickly taking shape and with a construction timeline of 18 months, the villas are expected to be ready for occupation in May 2025.

Tilisi has appointed Kashyap Construction Ltd to construct the access road to Batian and Nelion Clusters to facilitate easy access to these plots and allow buyers to commence the construction of their new homes.
