Maisha Developments has purchased an additional 8.9 acres of residential land at Tilisi. This strategic move aims to further augment their ongoing developments at Tilisi, namely Maisha Mapya and Maisha Makao. The combined build of these projects will result in the construction of approximately 1,200 apartments. At present, Maisha Developments has sold over 300 units at Maisha Mapya and Maisha Makao. Phase 1 is complete and residents have already moved in.
This expansion underscores Tilisi’s standing as a premier location for exceptional residential developments.
